Is the EVDA-UK vote fair on those who want to vote no?

Something that has occurred to me is that the EVDA-UK, with the way the vote is being counted by them, will have a list of everyone who is against them.

The vote itself is unconstitutional and unfair on those voting against the committee.

The committee itself is counting the vote with no independent oversight. Surely this cannot be considered fair when they are the ones being voted against?
