Hopefully calf is not serious

I saw a sports injury specialist today and he reckons my calf problem is nothing more than tightness as a result of going hell-for-leather at tennis training, 3 times a week, after doing very little exercise for at least a year.

He gave it a good massage (boy! was that sore!) and it is tender tonight but I should try to start exercise in a few days. He has given me some warm-up exercises too which may help.

Can’t wait to get back to playing tennis.
