The saga of us moving house continues with the next chapter…
Yet again we get onto the roundabout of house moving. We have a buyer and we have a house to buy and selling and buying negotiations have now completed and solicitors instructed. But this has happened 3 times already with us over the past 2 years and so I am skeptical that it will actually go ahead but you have to be positive.
You have to plan as if you will be moving and that gets you excited and yet you know that at any moment the deal could collapse through no fault of your own.
So now we enter the period of uncertainty between having your offer accepted and the actual exchange of contracts. It is actually quite a stressful time. You have to plan as if you will be moving and that gets you excited and yet you know that at any moment the deal could collapse through no fault of your own. It is dangerous to assume it will actually happen as our past 3 attempts shows and yet you desperately want to all go smoothly.
We won't be saying too much about the new house until we do exchange as we don't want to commit ourselves emotionally until then but it is a bigger house located in North Plymouth (header image is current house). We need the extra space as we run our business from home and have hobbies that are difficult to pursue where we currently are.
So watch this space… we should know before the end of August I suppose.
